international students ahead of this fall semester, which could force some to
leave the country. The new visa rule does not allow them to attend online-only
courses while residing in America. Chinese & Indians account for the
highest international students in the US. International students may need to
leave U.S. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency announced that
foreign students must leave the U.S. if their school's classes this fall will
be fully virtual, or transfer to another school with in-person instruction. We
